Delivery Policy
Thank you for shopping with Bayya Alward. We strive to deliver your orders as quickly and affordably as possible. Please read the sections below for details on our shipping process, costs, and delivery estimates.
1. Processing Time
Order Confirmation: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment is confirmed.
Order Cut‑off: Orders received before 12 PM (Amman time) are typically processed the same day; orders after 12 PM will begin processing the next business day.
Order Status: You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped, including tracking details.
2. Delivery Rates
Domestic (Jordan): Flat rate of 4 JOD per order.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipment notification email containing:
Carrier name
Tracking number
A link to track your package
You can also log in to My Account → Orders on our site to view current status.
Contact us via WhatsApp or Email if you didn't receive any notification.
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
Domestic: No additional duties.
International: Orders shipped outside Jordan may be subject to import duties, customs taxes, and fees levied by the destination country.
Responsibility: Bayya Alward is not responsible for delays caused by customs or for additional charges. We recommend contacting your local customs office for details before ordering.
5. Lost, Damaged or Incorrect Shipments
Inspection: Please inspect your package upon arrival.
Reporting: If your order is lost in transit, arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days at admin@bayyaalward.com with:
Order number
Photo of damaged packaging/item (if applicable)
Description of the issue
We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
